Group classes via the ‘Yoga Academy’ - a registered yoga school - offers Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga & Pilates for Slimmers and Workshops in Nottingham.

Also, Yoga Therapy at five venues in Nottingham: Lace Market, West Bridgford, Arnold, Sherwood and The Park.

Danielle (a.k.a: Ella) teaching style draws from the Krishnamacharya lineage - K Pattabhi Jois - R Sharath, Brian Cooper and Dr R Monro. The business nucleus - 'Life Centre', works an individualized approach and treats every person as absolutely unique, thus all students are taught one-to-one according to his or her individual capacity at any given time.  To reach more people, Ella travels throughout the UK,
as a yoga teacher / therapist.

Ashtanga Yoga, practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering his or her fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness - physical, psychological and spiritual.  Through this practice of correct breathing (ujjayi pranayama), postures (asanas) and gazing point (dristi), we gain control of the senses and a deep awareness of ourselves.  By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion, one acquires steadiness of body and mind.
