I want a challenging Nottingham yoga class that offers a variety of levels 1-4 to progress, with maximum health benefits for body and mind; I believe in the prevention of injuries with care of my joints as I age - I want that strong and health body and focused mind to carry me throughout my life.
√ Ashtanga Yoga Level 1 (a little or no yoga experience)
√ Ashtanga Yoga Level 2 (6 months to one year yoga experience)

I believe a traditional Nottingham yoga class is for me, as I'm not very flexible or strong and exercise only occasionally.
