Welcome to the Yoga Chikitsa Academy. Whatever your experience, we have a Yoga course and venue to suit you.

Ashtanga Yoga Level 2
Covering the primary series, called 'Yoga Chikitsa' (yoga therapy), also know as the "healing series", as the asanas (standing sequence and forward bending postures) within it realign, rebalance and cleanse both the body and the mind, restoring health and vitality.

Monday 6:15 - 7:15pm - Crowne Plaza 'Moativation Club', Wollaton St, Nottingham, NG1 5RH

£45 - Six x 60 mins class credits - expires after 8 weeks
£70 - Ten x 60 mins class credits - expires after 14 weeks
£82 - Twelve x 60 mins class credits - expires after 16 weeks

There are no "drop-in" or one-off classes @ via academy due to limited space.

All courses are over a minimum of four hourly sessions + the cost will be individually worked out.

All funds are non refundable and non transferable, so please ensure you can attend the class/course before you sign up.

In signing the payment card, I agree that 'Yoga Chikitsa Academy' are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.

With regards to one-to-one yoga sessions and yoga courses, please note that a 48 hours cancellation policy applies.

For all classes a minimum of six class credits are to be purchased with class attendance upto a maximum of 12 students [No drop-in or one-off class sessions due to limited space].
