Ella's teaching style draws on 'Yoga Therapy' training and her own
personal experience of yoga as a therapy - for pain management, as she
lives with lower back and hip injuries as a result of accidents and
suffers no pain. Yoga Therapy sessions are available at five venues in
Nottingham: Lace Market, West
Bridgford, Arnold, Sherwood and The Park,
also throughout the UK.
Yoga aids stress management as during
a stressful period of Ella's life, when working in property sales
in Kensington & Chelsea Borough, London, yoga helped her to cope
with the demands of a sales role.
She originally commenced the ashtanga yoga practice at the
'Life Centre' , West London in 1998.
